Phoenix House is a 20-unit Supportive Housing project for parents with children exiting a drug/alcohol treatment program.  Wrap around services are provided on site by HOSWWA’s Supportive Services Division. The primary goal is to fill a gap in housing availability and service coordination for these families.

There are 5 pods, and each pod has 4 individual bedrooms w/private bathroom.  The kitchen and living room are shared spaces for communal living.  Residents rent a bedroom/bathroom, paying no more than 30% of their income in rent. Water/Sewer/Garbage and Electric are included.  Rent $418, Security deposit $300, Application fee $46. Pets are not allowed.
